About Julie Zaruba Fountaine, Founder of EMPOWER Possible, LLC.

Hi! I am so glad you are here!

Over the past decade, my focus has been to work with individuals to empower themselves and reach their full potential, teams to develop their strengths, and organizations to build well-being programs and policies.

The work unites many disciplines that support the promotion of health and well-being. My clients note my ability to develop and attain strategic goals while engaging employees and leaders is what sets me apart. My work has been recognized on a national level by receiving the Campus Prevention Network Seal of Prevention Award. The Campus Prevention Network Seal is a mark of distinction for campuses that are committed to rigorous, high-impact digital prevention programs. In 2020, I was asked to lead COVID-19 prevention efforts for a regional liberal arts college. I took the prevention strategies and developed them through the lens of health and racial equity to reduce the spread of COVID-19. My efforts lead to a partnership with the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH). I partnered with MDH in order to develop the “Recommendations for Mitigating COVID-19 at Higher Education Institutions” program plan. A guiding document for college campuses across Minnesota. EMPOWER Possible is different from other approaches to self-development and change. The approach includes the Three empowerments, which are the self, our social networks, and the seen and unseen systems that impact how we live. Through discovering the interconnection and developing the three empowerments we can renew our skills and build our capacities. As a certified change management specialist, I have supported the well-being and development of thousands of individuals through living out the mission of EMPOWER Possible.
